"Thomas 'Temper' Bellofiore started his career in crime as muscle for the Torrescura crime family. A run-in with Ebon Mask at a radiation science laboratory gave birth to 'Tommy Nuclear' who would devote his life to exacting revenge against the man who inadvertently created him.

After the Disappearance and a couple years of prison, Tommy found himself on the outside again, but the man who had defined him was gone. Tommy had to find something else to fight for, and fate has led him to the New Heroes-- and the son of the Ebon Mask."
