Storm is reimagined as Kaminchu.

Ururu Murou was born on a small island off the coast of Japan. The islanders were fisherman and farmers, and their lives were greatly dependent on the disposition of the weather. At birth, her white hair and pale blue eyes marked her as special. According to local custom, when she was five years old, she was brought to a sacred cave. Through an ancient ritual of enshrinement, she was elevated to the role of the island's protective kami.

Through intense concentration, Ururu found she was able to summon rains and quell storms. As the resident god, she was accorded reverence and showered with ritual gifts, but she was unable to leave the cave except during special festivals.

One day, pirates raided the island village. They pillaged and murdered, and a few made their way to the cave, drawn by rumors of riches. Threatened by the brigands, Ururu acted instinctually. The resulting typhoon destroyed most of the island, and there were few survivors. The traumatized god-child was taken in by the traveling Master Zenji, who brought her to his school.

Ururu can control the weather through her divinity. She also wields a tessen (steel war fan) with great skill. She can generate supernatural gusts of wind with it as well. Ururu has lived a very strange and sheltered life, and many normal customs and interactions are completely foreign to her.

Storm is my all time favorite X-man and your re imagining of her is nothing short of amazing. I would love to see this is comic form or even animated.

With no ofense, i think she would be from okinawa because her skin color though the costume is amazing ;)

You're close! She is intended to be Ryukyuan, but not from Okinawa (from one of the smaller islands in the Ryukyu Arc). It's the same ethnicity/language group.

Maybe in the future, but this will just be the core members of the animated series version of the team for right now. Two more.
